Dan Raskin is a graduate of Tulane University and Emory University Law School. He is a former bankruptcy trustee in the Southern District of Georgia. He spent 6 years establishing law offices and managing consumer and bankruptcy attorneys as a Regional Partner for Hyatt Legal Clinics. He has maintained his bankruptcy law practice at its existing location in the Sandy Springs (north metro) area of Atlanta since 1991.
